Returns & Exchanges:

Our goal is to create products that you and your entire family will love. We hope to exceed your expectations with products that will enhance your skincare regimen and give you something to look forward to everyday. 

Due to the nature of our products and for purposes of sanitation, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 Delivery:

Orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 days after order confirmation is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment.  

Please note that we do not ship on Fridays or Saturdays to avoid packages sitting over the weekend as our goal is to get our products to you as fresh as possible. 

Due to the current climate of our US Postal Service(Postal restructuring and COVID-19), we have no control over any shipping or delivery delays that may arise once your shipment has been shipped.

Please note that delays and in conjunction with high temperatures, may cause melting of product being shipped. Should your product melt, allow to sit in a cool place, until product is solidified. Melting, though may change texture, does not change any benefits of the intended use.

If your package is damaged during shipment, please contact us so that a claim may be placed with the delivery service. 

We are not responsible for any packages marked "Delivered" but not received. Should this happen, a claim will be placed with the shipper.
